We attended the inauguration of the photo exhibition “Days in Burma” (Giorni in Birmania) by Andrea Daddi, curated by Togaci Gaudiano, at the Bagni Pubblici in Via Agliè in Turin. The exhibition will be open free of charge until 15 January 2025.

During our mission to Bangkok, we had the privilege of meeting with Italian Ambassador Paolo Dionisi. We took the opportunity to present him with an overview of our organisation and our current projects.

The Italian Embassy in Yangon, in collaboration with the Myanmar Photo Archive, will inaugurate on Saturday 30 November 2024 the photographic exhibition ‘Rethink Beato: from Italy to Burma (1832-1909)’, which will trace the intriguing life and legacy of Felice Beato, the Italian-born photographer who captured the spirit of Myanmar while living in Mandalay from 1887…

Present today at the event ‘ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK. Activities, procurement system and business opportunities for enterprises ‘ organised by CEIP. During the meeting, Keiko Koiso, Senior Procurement Specialist at ADB, discussed the opportunities for companies in Piedmont in the field of ADB procurement.

We attended FIND – Design Fair Asia (26-28 September) in Singapore with the Turin Chamber of Commerce, which presented the Piemonte Home Design project through the ‘Home Get-together’ exhibition.  

The Chamber supported the Forum Vietnam – Italy Coffee Industries organised with the support of the Turin Chamber of Commerce and the Vietnam Embassy in Italy. The Vietnamese delegation also had the opportunity to visit the Lavazza company.

The Chamber of Commerce supports the Turin Chamber of Commerce’s Savor Piemonte project by selecting and accompanying a Singaporean buyer to the Terra Madre fair (26-30 September) and company visits.    

The Indonesia – Italy Trade Investment Forum was organised on 19 September in Milan, on the occasion of the celebrations for the 75th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Italy and Indonesia. Club Asia was present to support the network companies in their meetings with Indonesian companies.
